Each class focuses on connecting with the innate inner intelligence through poses, breath, movement and sensation to cultivate a sense of ease and relaxation, so that you can flow with life on and off the mat. She is 500 hour certified and has trained with Veterans Yoga Project, LoveYourBrain, multiple Yoga Nidra styles, and is currently on the final stretch of an 800 hour Yoga Therapy program with Amrit Institute.
Most days you can find her out trail running in the wilderness or working on some "science experiment" with her indoor garden and various food creations.

Full spectrum class based on traditional hatha yoga movement. Class will include centering, movement, breath work & time for stillness.
With 20+ years of Movement Arts in Teaching & studying ballet, multiple dance disciplines, yoga, pranayama, meditation, & ayurveda are all part of what makes me thrive. I enjoy gardening, music, bouldering, paddle boarding, travel, horses, painting, family time, books, starry skies and lots of laughter.
